Microwave heating instructions

  1. Remove tray from carton.
  2. Pierce plastic film one or two times.
  3. Cook on high heat 4 – 4½  mins.
  4. Remove meal and check bottom of tray for temperature. If cool spots, heat another minute.
  5. When properly heated, allow to stand 1 min.
  6. Remove plastic cover and enjoy.
  7. Careful, contents will be hot!

Oven heating instructions

  1. Remove tray from carton.
  2. Place on baking sheet in center.
  3. Heat oven to 190 °C.
  4. Cut two small slits in film cover.
  5. Bake for 32-35 mins.
  6. Carefully remove baking sheet from oven.
  7. When properly heated, allow to stand 1 min.
  8. Remove plastic cover and enjoy.
  9. Careful, contents will be hot!
  10. Use according to direction to prevent injury.

Instructions pour le chauffage au micro-ondes

  1. Retirer la barquette du carton.
  2. Percer le film plastique une ou deux fois.
  3. Cuire à feu vif pendant 4 à 4½ minutes.
  4. Retirer le plat et vérifier la température au fond de la barquette. S’il y a des points froids, prolonger la cuisson d’une minute.
  5. Lorsque le plat est bien chaud, le laisser reposer 1 minute.
  6. Retirer le couvercle en plastique et déguster.
  7. Attention, le contenu sera chaud !

Instructions pour le chauffage au four

  1. Retirer le plateau du carton.
  2. Placer au centre de la plaque à pâtisserie.
  3. Chauffer le four à 190 °C.
  4. Découper deux petites fentes dans le film protecteur.
  5. Cuire au four pendant 32-35 minutes.
  6. Retirer délicatement la plaque du four.
  7. Lorsqu’ils sont bien chauds, les laisser reposer pendant 1 minute.
  8. Retirer le couvercle en plastique et déguster.
  9. Attention, le contenu sera chaud !
  10. Utiliser selon le mode d’emploi pour éviter les blessures.
