No, you can order without creating an account.
Creating an account will help save time during your next purchase.

- Go to My-Account page.
- Enter your information and click the Register button.
- You now have a new account and are ready to Shop.
Welcome! It's very easy to place an order:
- Go to Shop and start shopping. You can add products to your cart by clicking on “Add to cart”.
- Once you are done shopping, click on the cart icon (top right). A right side bar will appear and you can now review the content of your cart by clicking “View cart” or proceed to checkout by clicking “Checkout”.
- In the Checkout page, enter your billing details and write any additional information if needed.
- Enter your payment method, confirm the Terms & Conditions and click on “Place order”.
- You will receive a confirmation email.
If your order has just been placed, please cancel and place a new order. If your order is already being delivered, no cancelation, refund, or return is possible. Please read our policies for more details.
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, Discover, JCB, Diners Club. If you do not have access to a corporate credit card please contact us at [email protected]. We will try to find a solution.
Yes, a receipt will be emailed to you after the credit card has been charged.
Our online store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
After processing your order, we'll reach out to arrange a convenient delivery time. Should additional time be needed, we'll promptly notify you.
We determine delivery costs by calculating the distance from our shipping origin to the nearest area, using your postal code as a reference point.
We aim to schedule a delivery time that suits you within 2 business days. Ultimately, delivery times will align with your schedule preferences.
If no one is home nor answers the door, the package will be left at the doorstep or another secure location and a photo will be taken of said package. Customers may also specify a desired location to leave their delivered package under the Comments Section when making their payment.
Due to the nature of food safety, we do not accept any food products once delivered, however you may still be entitled to a refund.

Yes, our products contain soy and it’s one of the few plant proteins that can produce a complete source of protein.
All our products will remain fresh if unopened and frozen until the best before date. If opened, our products should be stored in the freezer with an optimal temperature of -18°C.
