How do I create an account?

Welcome! It's very easy to create an account:

  1. Go to My-Account page.
  2. Enter your information and click the Register button.
  3. You now have a new account and are ready to Shop.
How do I place an order?

Welcome! It's very easy to place an order:

  1. Go to Shop and start shopping. You can add products to your cart by clicking on “Add to cart”.
  2. Once you are done shopping, click on the cart icon (top right). A right side bar will appear and you can now review the content of your cart by clicking “View cart” or proceed to checkout by clicking “Checkout”.
  3. In the Checkout page, enter your billing details and write any additional information if needed.
  4. Enter your payment method, confirm the Terms & Conditions and click on “Place order”.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email.
Can I add or modify my order once it’s been placed?

If your order has just been placed, please cancel and place a new order. If your order is already being delivered, no cancelation, refund, or return is possible. Please read our policies for more details.

What are the options of payment?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, Discover, JCB, Diners Club. If you do not have access to a corporate credit card please contact us at [email protected]. We will try to find a solution.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes, a receipt will be emailed to you after the credit card has been charged.

Yes, our products contain soy and it’s one of the few plant proteins that can produce a complete source of protein.

What’s the best way to store Harvest to Harmony Vitality products?

All our products will remain fresh if unopened and frozen until the best before date. If opened, our products should be stored in the freezer with an optimal temperature of -18°C.

How do I cook Harvest to Harmony Vitality products?
