COVID-19 Safety

In line with Harvest to Harmony Vitality’s commitment to health and safety during this covid-19 pandemic, we have mandated best practices to preserve food quality and ensure sanitary practices during delivery.

As such, we would like to assure our customers that public health safety guidelines such as mask wearing, social distancing of 2 meters, hand washing / using hand sanitizers / alcohol as well as careful handling of products are strictly observed by delivery personnel.

Upon arrival at the place of delivery, our personnel will ring the doorbell, place the package on the doorstep and step back to a distance of 2 meters. When someone comes to the door, they will ask for their name, note it down, and leave the premises. No need for a signature.

If no one comes to the door, the package will be left at the doorstep or another secure location and a photo will be taken of said package. Customers may also specify a desired location to leave their delivered package under the Comments Section when making their payment.
